The Creative Crew

a team built on

Growth, collaboration, & passion

Founded and run by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA), our leadership team strives to provide the highest level of support to children and their families with a team that meets the highest qualifications. Our crew is made up of Registered Behavior Technicians, who have previous experience working with neuro-diverse clients. Just like we ask children and parents to do, each team member models a growth mindset and passion for learning.

We’re proud of our low turnover rate and believe that speaks to the collaborative, fun environment that we’ve cultivated.

Creative Therapy Solution uses a client-centered approach to collaborate and develop programming that aligns with your personal values and is informed by cutting-edge behavioral research.

She believes in the power of constantly learning and improving. That is why she continues her education and training throughout her career. When making the transition to CTS, Alexis was asked, “Why CTS?” She eagerly responded with, “At Creative Therapy Solution, I am able to work alongside creative and like-minded professionals who hold true to the company values of Fun, Growth, Acceptance, and Inclusion. With this, I know we will ensure everyone will be seen and heard.”
